★Ordering★

- To make purchase,send the code number of clothes(under photo) along with your Name,Contact,Email,Delivery Address to us via email- lovetoshop@hotmail.my or call,text us via mobile number 013-3881688.

- We will reply you usually within 24 hours or maybe 48 hours during weekend or other personal reason to confirm with your order.

- We will send you the bank account number and total purchase amount(RM). 

★ Payment★ 

- We are accepting payment via bank transfer both by ATM or counter.

- Bank account number will be send to you by email.

- Payment MUST be made within 3 days for ordering confirmation.

- We will hold the order for only 3 days for equity matter.

- Kindly inform us after payment made via email or mobile. 

★Delivery★ 

- Please be clear that we will deliver the parcel within 24-48  hours after we receive your payment notification.

- You will be noticed once we confirm with your payment. 

- After we deliver your goods,we will inform you on spot.

- RM10 delivery fees will be charge for purchasing below 3 pieces(West Malaysia) while RM15 delivery charge for purchasing below 5 pieces(East Malaysia). 

- Please provide us accurate delivery address(while making order) to ensure the speedy and punctuality of goods delivery.

★Returns★  

-  We will always examine the quality of items before we deliver it to our customers. However,if there is still some problem with the items you receive.

- Items are returnable or exchangeable within 2 days from the day of receive.

- Customers will need to cover the return shipping fee.

- Return item must be in the original condition which is new,unused and unworn condition with the packaging and tags attached. 

- Return item will not be issued and will return back to purchaser with no refund made if the item has been worn or used.

Non-Returnable:

1. Minor loose thread, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling,'slightly' different in colour of items compare to pictures in website shown due to monitor display.

2. Slightly odor matter of items.(It's new and no washing did before)

3. Items that post directly back to us without any notice made will not be issued.
